¹⁴ If a man dies, shall he live again?
    All the days of my ^(A)service I would ^(B)wait,
    till my renewal^[a] should come.
¹⁵ You would ^(C)call, and I would answer you;
    you would long for the ^(D)work of your hands.
¹⁶ For then you would ^(E)number my steps;
    you would not keep ^(F)watch over my sin;
